Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been formally diagnosed with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) based on recognised diagnostic guidelines
- You are between 16 and 55 years old (including those ages)
- Your OCD symptoms score at a certain level of severity on a standard OCD rating scale (confirm with trial site)
- You have completed at least a junior high school level of education
- You are either not taking any psychiatric medications, or you have been on a stable dose of psychiatric medication for at least 8 weeks
- You have good enough vision and hearing to complete the study tasks and questionnaires

Who may not be able to join:
- You have been diagnosed with any other mental health condition in addition to OCD
- Your OCD symptoms are so severe that they would prevent you from completing the study assessments
- You are currently having thoughts of suicide or are considered to be at high risk of suicide
- You have a serious physical illness, a brain or nervous system condition, or a history of substance misuse
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
- You have any metal implants in your body that are not safe for MRI scans, such as a pacemaker, metal clips in the brain, metal dentures, artery stents, or joint fixation devices
