Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with a condition called interstitial lung disease (ILD), which is a group of conditions that cause scarring or inflammation in the lungs.
• You are currently taking medication to slow lung scarring (antifibrotic therapy), medication to calm the immune system (immunosuppressive therapy), or both, as part of your regular ILD treatment.
• You are already being regularly seen and monitored at the hospital or clinic running this study.
• You are able to attend the follow-up appointments required by the study.
• You are able to understand and sign a consent form agreeing to take part.

Who may not be able to join:

• You are unable to attend the required study visits for practical or logistical reasons unrelated to your health (for example, travel difficulties).
• You are currently unwell or your condition is unstable, such as having a respiratory infection, a sudden worsening of your lung disease, heart failure, or another acute illness that would interfere with the study visits.
• You are already taking part in another clinical trial that changes how often you have appointments or how your follow-up is structured.
• You have a cognitive impairment (such as difficulties with memory or understanding) that would prevent you from giving consent or completing study questionnaires.
• You do not wish to take part or do not agree to allow your data to be collected.
