Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been formally diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA) and meet a specific set of classification criteria for that condition, with symptoms that started at least 6 months before the screening visit.

- People who have any active infection at the time of joining the trial.
- People who have a known allergy, sensitivity, or intolerance to the study drug (tulisokibart) or any of its ingredients.
