Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are male
• People who are between 18 and 65 years old at the time of joining
• People whose body mass index (a measure of body weight relative to height) falls between 18 and 27
• People whose body fat percentage is below 20%

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have anaemia (a condition where the blood does not carry enough oxygen, shown by low haemoglobin levels in a blood test)
• People who have a history of liver, gallbladder, or digestive system problems
• People who have kidney disease
• People who have previously had surgery to remove part of the stomach or intestine, had their gallbladder removed, or had any other major abdominal surgery, including weight-loss surgery
• People who have previously had a disease of the pancreas or a tumour in that area
• People who regularly smoke or use any other nicotine products
• People whose blood sugar control measure (HbA1c) is 48 or above, or who have type 1 or type 2 diabetes that requires medical treatment
• People who have started a special diet, made significant lifestyle changes, or lost more than 5% of their total body weight in the three months before the study or during the study period
• People who have any physical or psychological condition, or who are taking ongoing medication, that the trial investigators believe could interfere with participation (confirm with trial site)
