Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who were male or female at birth
- People aged 18 to 64 years old at the time of signing the consent form

Who may not be able to join:

- People who have previously used a certain class of weight or blood sugar medications called incretin or amylin-based therapies, or who stopped using them long-term due to side effects
- People who have lost or gained 5% or more of their body weight, or who have followed a structured weight loss program, in the 90 days before the screening visit
- People with a current or past history of significant conditions affecting the lungs, metabolism, kidneys, liver, heart, digestive system, or hormonal system
