Who might be able to join this trial:
Group 1 – Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA):
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People currently being treated and monitored at a participating department at University Hospital of Montpellier (UHM) for an autoimmune condition
- People with a confirmed diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis based on internationally recognised diagnostic standards (ACR/EULAR 2010 criteria)
Group 2 – Lupus (SLE):
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People currently being treated and monitored at a participating department at UHM for an autoimmune condition
- People with a confirmed diagnosis of lupus based on internationally recognised diagnostic standards (ACR/EULAR 2019 criteria)
Group 3 – Systemic Sclerosis (SSc):
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People currently being treated and monitored at a participating department at UHM for an autoimmune condition
- People with a confirmed diagnosis of systemic sclerosis based on internationally recognised diagnostic standards (ACR/EULAR 2013 criteria)
Group 4 – Healthy Volunteers:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People with no symptoms of any autoimmune disease
- People with no parent, sibling, or child who has been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have declined to give informed consent, or who are not able to give it
- People who would not be able to be followed up for the full duration of the study
- People currently participating in another clinical trial that has an ongoing exclusion period
- People who are pregnant
- People who are not enrolled in a French social security (health insurance) scheme
- People who do not have a French national insurance number
- People who are under legal protection orders, guardianship, or trusteeship
- People who are currently deprived of their liberty
