  • People experiencing serious medical complications or unstable health during their dialysis sessions
  • People with severe vision loss or blindness that would prevent them from using the digital relaxation program
  • People with skin infections or wounds on the face or head that would make wearing a headset uncomfortable or unsuitable (confirm with trial site)
  • People who are currently taking part in another study involving psychological support or relaxation techniques
