- People who have previously had radiation therapy to the pelvic area in a way that would significantly overlap with the treatment area for this trial
- People whose scans show the cancer has spread to internal organs or bones
- People whose scans show the cancer has spread to more than 3 lymph nodes, with at least one of those measuring larger than 2 cm
- People who are already planned to receive systemic treatment (such as chemotherapy or immunotherapy given throughout the body) at the time of joining the trial
- People who have already been recommended for radiation therapy to the bladder to relieve symptoms at the time of joining the trial
