Who might be able to join this trial:

  • Mothers and/or fathers who are 18 years old or older
  • People who are the main caregiver of a healthy child between 6 months and 3 years old, where that child was born at or after 37 weeks of pregnancy
  • Families where at least one parent has overweight or obesity, as measured by BMI

  • Families whose child was born as part of a multiple birth, such as twins or triplets
  • Families whose child has a condition present from birth, a long-term illness, or a significant disability that could affect how they eat, grow, or take part in the study
  • Parents or caregivers with serious physical or mental health conditions that could make it difficult to take part in the programme or its assessments
  • Families who are planning to move away from the study area before the study ends
