Who might be able to join this trial:
- Mothers and/or fathers who are 18 years old or older
- People who are the main caregiver of a healthy child between 6 months and 3 years old, where that child was born at or after 37 weeks of pregnancy
- Families where at least one parent has overweight or obesity, as measured by BMI
- Families considered to be in a vulnerable situation, meaning they meet at least 2 of the following conditions: at least one parent has a low level of education (lower secondary school or less); at least one parent has had unstable or insecure work in the past year; the family has experienced financial difficulty in the past year; the family has insecure or unstable housing; the family is a single-parent household or one main caregiver has been absent for a long period; or the family has immigrated within the last 10 years and does not have a stable support network or faces language barriers

- Families whose child was born weighing less than 2,500 grams (low birth weight)
- Families whose child was born as part of a multiple birth, such as twins or triplets
- Families whose child has a condition present from birth, a long-term illness, or a significant disability that could affect how they eat, grow, or take part in the study
- Parents or caregivers with serious physical or mental health conditions that could make it difficult to take part in the programme or its assessments
- Families who are planning to move away from the study area before the study ends
