Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with uterine (endometrial) cancer, confirmed through a tissue sample taken from the uterine lining or a procedure to examine the inside of the uterus.
- People whose cancer type and stage means that removal of lymph nodes in the pelvis may be recommended, based on standard cancer risk guidelines.

- People who have given written agreement to take part in the study.
Who may not be able to join:
- People with serious heart or lung conditions, such as unstable chest pain or severe breathing disease.
- People for whom keyhole (laparoscopic) surgery is not considered safe or suitable.
- People whose endometrial cancer has been classified as stage 3 or stage 4, meaning it has spread beyond the uterus.
- People who have previously had radiotherapy directed at the pelvic area.
- People who have already had lymph nodes removed from the pelvic area in a prior surgery.
