Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 18 and 65 years old
• You have worked in an office job for at least 6 months
• You spend at least 4 hours a day working at a desk
• You are able to read and understand Turkish
• You are willing to take part voluntarily
• If you have been diagnosed with migraines, your diagnosis meets specific migraine classification guidelines (confirm with trial site)
• If you have not been diagnosed with migraines, you do not have a diagnosis of migraine or any other primary headache condition

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a history of a neurological condition, such as Multiple Sclerosis
• You have an inflammatory joint or autoimmune condition, such as Rheumatoid Arthritis
• You have a widespread chronic pain condition, such as Fibromyalgia
• You have any other diagnosed headache disorder
• You have any other ongoing illness affecting the whole body
• You have a current broken bone or active infection
• You have had neck or spine surgery in the last 6 months
• You have had a serious injury to your muscles or bones in the last 6 months
• You are pregnant
• You have a cognitive or mental health condition that would make it difficult to complete questionnaires
• If you are in the non-migraine group, you have had repeated headaches at any point over the last year
