Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be able to understand and sign a written consent form agreeing to take part in the trial and all its tests and procedures.
- You must be aged 18 to 75 years old (male or female).
- You must have been diagnosed with advanced small cell lung cancer, confirmed through a tissue or cell sample test.

- You still have significant side effects from previous cancer treatments that have not cleared up or returned to an acceptable level.
- You have a known allergy or sensitivity to the trial drugs (IBI115 or sintilimab) or any of their ingredients.
