  • People who do not have a pacemaker.
  • People who have no dietary restrictions that would prevent them from eating a meal provided by the study (for example, people who do not follow a vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free diet, and have no relevant food allergies).
  • People who are able to lie flat and still in a darkened room for at least 10 minutes (required for a blood vessel measurement).

Who may not be able to join:

  • People outside the age range of 18 to 55 years.
