Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- Group A: People with advanced (metastatic) non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change called an EGFR exon 20 insertion, who have been treated with a combination of amivantamab and platinum-based chemotherapy as their first cancer treatment through an early access program
- Group B: People with advanced (metastatic) non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change in EGFR exon 19 or 21, who were previously treated with a drug called osimertinib (with or without chemotherapy) and have since received amivantamab combined with platinum-based chemotherapy through an early access program
- People covered by the French National Health Insurance system or by an approved equivalent insurance provider
- People who do not object to their personal data being collected for research purposes (a written information sheet will be provided to all living participants)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are under legal guardianship or subject to a court-ordered protective legal measure
- People who have explicitly refused to allow their personal data to be collected or used for research purposes
- People who are not being treated or followed at the trial site by a qualified investigator registered with the trial
