Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with metastatic malignant melanoma (melanoma that has spread to other parts of the body) that has been confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue samples, and for whom a type of immunotherapy treatment (the drugs Nivolumab and Ipilimumab) has been recommended.
- People who are willing and able to provide written consent to participate in the study.
- People who are at least 18 years old at the time of signing the consent form.
- People who have not previously received any systemic drug treatments (such as chemotherapy or targeted therapy) for their metastatic disease.

Who may not be able to join:

- People who currently have an active infection that requires treatment with systemic (whole-body) medications.
- People with a known history of HIV or hepatitis infection.
