Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with Stage III melanoma (a type of skin cancer that has spread to nearby lymph nodes or nearby areas of skin), confirmed by a tissue or cell sample from a lab.
• People whose melanoma started in the skin (those with melanoma starting in the eye or inside the body's mucous membranes, or melanoma with an unknown starting point, are not included).
• People who have not previously had radiation therapy or chemotherapy, and have not received certain immune or targeted cancer treatments in the past month.
• People who are expected to live for at least 6 months or more.
• People who have at least one tumour that can be measured using standard imaging guidelines.
• People aged 18 to 75 years old who have given written consent to take part voluntarily.
• People who are generally able to carry out daily activities with no or only minor limitations (as assessed by a standard medical scale).
• People whose blood counts, kidney function, liver function, and blood clotting results fall within acceptable ranges on tests taken within 4 weeks before starting the study treatment (confirm with trial site for specific values).
• Women who could become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test within 7 days before receiving the first dose.
• Women who could become pregnant must be willing to use reliable contraception for up to 12 months after the last dose of the study treatment.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are currently taking part in, or have taken part in, another clinical trial involving an experimental drug or medical device within the past 4 weeks.
• People who have received any anti-cancer treatment in the past month, including chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy.
• People who have taken high-dose steroid medicines or other immune-suppressing treatments within the past 2 weeks.
• People with a history of blood cancers, brain tumours, sarcoma, or other solid cancers, unless there has been no sign of the cancer returning for at least 5 years (certain fully treated skin cancers and cervical conditions may be exceptions — confirm with trial site).
• People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or the lining around the brain or spinal cord.
• People who have had a severe allergic reaction to a monoclonal antibody treatment in the past.
• People with an active autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body) that has needed medical treatment in the past 2 years, with some exceptions such as vitiligo, type 1 diabetes, or certain childhood allergic conditions (confirm with trial site).
• People with serious uncontrolled health conditions such as severe heart disease, a heart attack in the past 6 months, a stroke in the past 3 months, serious lung disease, uncontrolled infections, HIV, hepatitis C, active hepatitis B, or a history of tuberculosis.
• People who have received a live vaccine within the past 4 weeks, certain blood-stimulating growth factor injections within the past 2 weeks, or who have had major surgery within the past 2 weeks.
