Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 14 and 60 years old, of any gender.

- People who have previously had a stem cell transplant of any kind.
- People who have previously had a specific type of stem cell transplant where certain immune cells were removed before transplant (confirm with trial site).
- People whose expected survival after the transplant is less than one month.
- People with serious problems affecting the liver, kidneys, heart, or lungs.
- People who currently have a severe, uncontrolled infection such as a serious lung infection, blood infection, or other widespread infection in the body.
- People who have had a severe allergic reaction to certain medications used in the study, including cyclophosphamide or a medicine called anti-thymocyte globulin (ATG).
- People with a serious mental health condition or significant cognitive difficulties that would make it hard to follow the study treatment plan and attend follow-up.
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
- People who have another type of cancer in a different part of the body at the same time.
- People with any other medical condition that the treating doctors consider makes participation in the trial unsuitable.
