  • You are only receiving non-surgical treatments for your lung cancer (such as medication or radiation alone)
  • You are only having a minor procedure such as a lung scope examination or a needle biopsy, with no actual surgery
  • You are not stable enough after surgery to take part in symptom check-ins or recovery management
  • You need a long stay in intensive care, or require ongoing advanced life support or intensive medical care after surgery
  • You have a serious memory or thinking problem, a significant mental health condition, a communication difficulty, or another condition that would prevent you from completing the study questionnaires
  • You do not have access to a smartphone or study device and do not have a caregiver who could help you use one
  • You are already taking part in another clinical trial that could affect the results of this study
  • The study doctor has another reason to believe this trial would not be suitable for you (confirm with trial site)
