- You are between 20 and 65 years old
- Your body weight falls into the overweight or obese range (BMI of 27 or higher) AND you have been told you have metabolic syndrome (a group of conditions including things like high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and abnormal cholesterol levels)

- You are currently using, or have used within the last 3 months, certain weight or diabetes medicines such as GLP-1 drugs (for example, semaglutide) or tirzepatide
- You have a reason why you cannot safely have an MRI or DXA scan, such as certain metal implants in your body, or if you are pregnant
