Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older (or the minimum age required by local rules) who are considered generally healthy based on medical history, physical examination, blood tests, and heart trace (ECG) results.
- People with a body mass index (BMI) between 16 and 32, and a body weight above 45 kg.
Who may not be able to join:
- People with a significant history or current evidence of serious conditions affecting the blood, kidneys, hormones, lungs, digestive system, heart, liver, mental health, nervous system, or allergies — including drug allergies (though untreated, symptom-free seasonal allergies at the time of dosing may not count, confirm with trial site).
- People with any medical or psychiatric condition, thoughts of self-harm, or abnormal test results that, in the investigating doctor's judgement, could make participation risky or unsuitable.
- People who have taken prescription or non-prescription medications, or any dietary or herbal supplements, within 14 days or 5 half-lives of the first study dose — whichever period is longer.
- People who have taken part in another clinical trial drug or vaccine study within 30 days or 5 half-lives before the first dose of this study (whichever is longer), or who are currently participating in another investigational study.
- People with a positive urine drug test result (a single repeat test may be permitted, confirm with trial site).
- People who are unwilling or unable to follow the lifestyle requirements set out by this study (confirm with trial site for details).
