Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are willing and able to sign and date a consent form to participate in the study
• You are between 18 and 70 years old (male or female)
• You have been diagnosed with a high-risk solid tumour that may come back after having surgery to remove it — this mainly includes pancreatic cancer (a specific type called ductal adenocarcinoma), bile duct or gallbladder cancers, liver cancer, or stomach cancer
• Doctors expect you to live for at least 12 months
• You are generally able to carry out everyday activities with little or no difficulty (confirm with trial site regarding the specific fitness scale used)
• Your blood counts, kidney function, liver function, and other blood test results are within the ranges required by the trial (the trial team will check these through blood tests)

Who may not be able to join:

• There is any sign that your cancer is still present, has come back, or has spread at the time of screening
• You have a history of a condition where the brain is affected by liver failure (hepatic encephalopathy), or you have had a liver transplant
• You have fluid build-up around the heart, in the lungs, or in the abdomen that cannot be controlled and needs to be drained repeatedly
• You need long-term anti-allergy medication, or you have had a serious allergic reaction to the study drug or any of its ingredients
• You have had a stroke, mini-stroke, or brain bleed in the 6 months before joining the study
• You have had a heart attack in the last 6 months, or you have uncontrolled chest pain, uncontrolled irregular heartbeat, or serious heart failure
• You have pancreatic cancer and your tumour was not fully removed, contains mixed tumour types, or you have had severe ongoing diarrhoea since surgery (confirm with trial site for full details)
• You have bile duct or gallbladder cancer and also have a blockage in the bile duct that has not been resolved, or signs of infection related to drainage after surgery (confirm with trial site for full details)
• You have liver cancer and your tumour contains certain specific subtypes, or you have had more than one round of a procedure called TACE after surgery (confirm with trial site for full details)
• You have stomach cancer and have had serious complications after surgery, such as severe infection, a leak at the surgical join, or bleeding in the digestive tract
• You currently have an active or poorly controlled serious infection
• You have been diagnosed with another type of cancer in the past 5 years — exceptions may apply for certain early-stage or fully treated skin, cervical, or breast cancers (confirm with trial site)
• You have any history of an autoimmune disease, whether currently active or not
• You have previously received a cancer treatment vaccine of a similar type to the one being studied
