Who might be able to join this trial:

• Women between the ages of 30 and 60
• People who have been diagnosed with cervical cancer (at any stage) and have finished their main cancer treatment
• People who completed pelvic radiation therapy (which may have included external beam radiation and/or internal radiation called brachytherapy) at least 3 months before joining the trial
• People who have sexual difficulties believed to be caused by radiation treatment, based on a specific questionnaire score (confirm with trial site)
• People who have been sexually active in the past 6 months
• People who are in stable health and whose cancer specialist has confirmed they do not currently need further cancer treatment
• People who are able to understand what the study involves and are willing to sign a consent form

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose cervical cancer has come back, is still present, or has spread to other parts of the body
• People who have taken part in pelvic floor muscle training or biofeedback rehabilitation programs within the past 6 months
• People with a severe form of pelvic organ prolapse (a condition where pelvic organs have dropped significantly out of their normal position)
• People with an active pelvic infection, pelvic inflammatory disease, or an untreated vaginal infection
• People experiencing significant unexplained or abnormal vaginal bleeding
• People with an active urinary tract infection at the time of joining the trial
• People with a neurological condition that affects pelvic floor function, such as a spinal cord injury or multiple sclerosis
• People with a severe or uncontrolled mental health condition that could affect their ability to take part
• People with a cognitive impairment that would make it difficult to follow study instructions
• People who are currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study
• People who are already taking part in another clinical or rehabilitation trial, or who have done so within the past 3 months
