  • You have an active autoimmune disease (where your immune system attacks your own body) that is not related to cancer treatment, and you needed medicines to suppress your immune system for it within the last 2 years.
  • You have an active autoimmune disease caused by a previous cancer treatment, unless it is currently managed only with replacement therapy (confirm with trial site).
  • You have any form of leukaemia (a type of blood cancer).
  • You have previously received an organ transplant (except a corneal/eye transplant) or a stem cell transplant.
  • You have active cancer that has spread to your brain or the membranes surrounding it.
  • You have had a stroke or similar brain blood vessel event within the last 6 months.
  • You have serious, unstable heart or lung problems, such as severe heart failure, unstable chest pain, or a heart attack within the last 6 months.
  • You have a serious, uncontrolled eye condition such as uncontrolled glaucoma.
