Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with cancer (confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue) that has spread or is advanced, and there are no other standard treatments available for you.
- You are generally able to carry out daily activities, either fully, or with some limitations but still able to care for yourself (confirm with trial site for exact fitness level required).
- Your blood, kidneys, and liver are functioning well enough as shown by recent test results.
Who may not be able to join:
- You have previously been treated with a type of drug called a TLR agonist (other than those used as part of a vaccine).
- You have another separate cancer that is growing or currently needs treatment.
- You have been diagnosed with a condition that weakens your immune system.
- You have an active autoimmune disease (where your immune system attacks your own body) that is not related to cancer treatment, and you needed medicines to suppress your immune system for it within the last 2 years.
- You have an active autoimmune disease caused by a previous cancer treatment, unless it is currently managed only with replacement therapy (confirm with trial site).
- You have any form of leukaemia (a type of blood cancer).
- You have previously received an organ transplant (except a corneal/eye transplant) or a stem cell transplant.
- You have active cancer that has spread to your brain or the membranes surrounding it.
- You have had a stroke or similar brain blood vessel event within the last 6 months.
- You have serious, unstable heart or lung problems, such as severe heart failure, unstable chest pain, or a heart attack within the last 6 months.
- You have a serious, uncontrolled eye condition such as uncontrolled glaucoma.
