Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 80 years old (inclusive)

- People who have an existing bladder condition, such as overactive bladder (needing to urinate more than 3 times per night or more than 8 times in 24 hours), a bladder controlled by nerve damage, or a blockage affecting urine flow
- People who have previously had surgery on pelvic organs or the spine that affects how the bladder works
- People who have previously had complete surgical removal of the colon and rectum
- People with serious heart problems that significantly limit physical activity, or a confirmed diagnosis of coronary heart disease
- People with a confirmed diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or a history of asthma
- People with severe liver disease (classified as Child-Pugh Class C — confirm with trial site)
- People with advanced kidney disease who require dialysis
- People with an active stomach ulcer or a bleeding disorder
- People whose body mass index (BMI) is 18 or below, or 28 or above
- People who regularly use painkillers over a long period of time
- People who have taken anti-inflammatory pain medicines (NSAIDs, such as ibuprofen) within the past week
- People who have a known allergy or sensitivity to anti-inflammatory pain medicines (NSAIDs)
- People with a mental health or neurological condition that would prevent them from completing questionnaires, or a cognitive impairment affecting their legal capacity to consent
