Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women aged 18 or older
- People who are able to give their informed consent to participate
- People who can read and understand English, Spanish, or Haitian Creole
- People who have been diagnosed with Type 1 (low-grade) endometrial cancer at any stage, confirmed by a tissue test before the study begins
- People whose planned surgery is a minimally invasive hysterectomy (using laparoscopy or robotic methods)

- People whose surgery is scheduled at either Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center or University of Miami Hospital (UHealth) Tower
- People who have internet access via a smartphone, tablet, or computer
- People who agree to be randomly assigned to any group in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- Women under 18 years of age
- People who are unable to give their informed consent
- People who cannot read or understand English or Spanish
- People who have previously had a hysterectomy
- People for whom long overnight fasting (13 hours) or exercise is not medically advisable, as determined by a doctor
- People who are already regularly fasting for more than 12 hours overnight at least half of the time
- People with a serious medical or psychiatric condition, or who take medications that would prevent safe participation, including unstable heart disease
- People who have diabetes that is treated with insulin, metformin, sulfonylureas, or GLP-1 medications (such as Ozempic or similar)
- People with a recent history of a clinical eating disorder — though people whose eating disorder is well-managed and in sustained remission may still be considered, at the investigator's discretion (confirm with trial site)
- People for whom a full hysterectomy is not the planned treatment for their endometrial cancer
