Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have recently been diagnosed with a type of cancer called squamous cell carcinoma in one of these areas: the sinuses, nasal cavity, mouth, tongue, voice box, or throat (including the upper, middle, or lower sections of the throat)
- People who are currently able to meet at least 60% of their normal daily food and energy needs

- People who are unable to complete a body composition test that involves standing unsupported, or who have a pacemaker or a limb amputation, or who are unable to complete a timed sit-to-stand test (confirm with trial site)
- People who are currently pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or currently breastfeeding
- People who are currently taking antibiotics or have taken antibiotics within the past 3 months
