Who might be able to join this trial:
- People over 18 years old with a life expectancy of more than one year
- People who have been recommended for a minimally invasive heart valve replacement procedure (called TAVI) by a specialist medical team
- People who had at least one medical imaging scan using contrast dye (a special fluid used to make scans clearer) in the two months before the TAVI procedure
- People who had their kidney function measured after each contrast dye scan, including after the TAVI procedure, with at least three measurements taken within the five days following each procedure

Who may not be able to join:
- Women who are pregnant, able to become pregnant, or currently breastfeeding

- People who are planned to start dialysis (a treatment that does the work of the kidneys)
- People with other serious health conditions that could interfere with completing the study, or who have a life expectancy of less than one year
- People who do not have complete kidney function measurements recorded after each contrast dye procedure
- People currently taking part in another clinical trial for an investigational drug or device that has not yet finished, or that could interfere with this study's results
