Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are over 18 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with advanced-stage non-small cell lung cancer (a type of lung cancer), confirmed by laboratory tissue testing

- People for whom immunotherapy (a type of cancer treatment that uses the immune system) is medically unsuitable
- People for whom a tumour tissue sample is not available
- People whose cancer type has a neuroendocrine or mixed component (a different type of cell pattern)
For the second group:
- People for whom immunotherapy is medically unsuitable
- People whose cancer type has a neuroendocrine or mixed component
- People with locally advanced disease where the planned treatment is a combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy given at the same time
For the third group:
- People who have already received treatment for their lung cancer previously
