Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 60 years or older
• People who have been diagnosed with malignant melanoma, confirmed through a tissue or cell sample examination

• People who have received PD-1, PD-L1, or CTLA-4 immune therapy within the past 6 months
• People who have received certain immune-boosting medications (thymosin, thymopentin, or thymosin a-1d) within the past 3 months
• People who currently have active, symptomatic cancer spread to the brain or the lining of the brain — though people with previously treated and stable brain involvement who no longer need steroid medications may be considered (confirm with trial site)
• People who have an active autoimmune disease that currently requires ongoing treatment with immune-suppressing or immune-modifying medications (hormone replacement therapies for conditions like thyroid or adrenal problems are not considered a barrier)
• People with a history of immune system deficiency, including those who test positive for HIV, have inherited or acquired immune conditions, or have had an organ or bone marrow transplant
• People who are allergic to the study drug or any of its ingredients
• People who have an active infection currently requiring medical treatment
• People with serious, uncontrolled heart or circulatory conditions, such as unstable heart failure, unstable chest pain, recent heart attack, stroke, or dangerous irregular heartbeat
• People whom the trial doctors determine are not suitable candidates for other reasons
