Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are willing to take part and have signed a written consent form agreeing to participate
• You are 18 years of age or older (any gender)
• You have already had a surgical procedure called TURBT (removal of bladder tumors) before joining, and no obvious remaining tumor was found during that surgery
• Your post-surgery pathology report confirmed a type of bladder cancer called non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC), made up of more than 50% urothelial (transitional cell) carcinoma
• Your bladder cancer has been classified as intermediate-risk or high-risk based on standard risk guidelines
• You are able to provide tumor tissue samples from your TURBT surgery, along with the related pathology reports
• You were either unable to tolerate a treatment called BCG, or you chose not to receive BCG treatment
• A laboratory test on your surgical tissue showed that your cancer cells express a protein called HER2 (at levels described as IHC 1+, 2+, or 3+)
• A CT scan of your abdomen confirmed that your bladder cancer has not spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body (N0, M0)

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a history of bladder cancer that has grown into the muscle wall or spread to other parts of the body
• Scans taken within the last 3 months showed that cancer has spread to lymph nodes or other organs
• Scans taken within the last 3 months showed other tumors in the urinary system
• You received any systemic cancer treatment (such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, or a clinical trial drug) within the last 3 weeks
• You previously received radiation therapy to the bladder for urothelial carcinoma
• You have a known serious allergic reaction to vedacitinib or similar drugs
• Within 3 days before your first treatment, you had any of the following conditions that had not improved to a mild level: uncontrolled infections (such as pneumonia or bile duct infections), active Hepatitis B or C infection, difficulty breathing, kidney injury or disease, nephrotic syndrome, bladder perforation, or urinary tract blockage
• You have been rated as Class 3 or 4 on a heart failure severity scale called the NYHA rating
• You have symptoms or a history of significant heart conditions, such as heart attack, heart failure, or irregular heartbeat
• You have a known history of stroke or other cerebrovascular events
• You have a history of autoimmune diseases (such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, or similar conditions)
• You have a known positive HIV test, active Hepatitis C, or certain Hepatitis B results — though some patients successfully treated for Hepatitis B may still be eligible (confirm with trial site)
