- You are between 30 and 70 years old
- You eat peanuts, peanut butter, tree nuts, or seeds less than once a week (or not at all)
- You have been diagnosed with a mild form of a liver condition called MASLD (also known as metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease, at an early stage F0 or F1)
- You can understand, speak, and read English
- You are able to make your own decisions and give your consent to participate
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a food allergy to peanuts or any products containing peanuts
- You have been identified as having an alcohol use disorder (based on a screening questionnaire)
- You have or have had leukemia (a type of blood cancer)
- You have or have had lymphoma (another type of blood cancer)
- You have or have had any other type of cancer
- You have a heart or cardiovascular condition, such as a heart attack, stroke, or heart failure
- You have a kidney disease, such as chronic kidney disease, have had a kidney transplant, or have kidney failure that requires dialysis
