Who might be able to join this trial:
For the patient group (up to 50 participants):
- You are a woman between the ages of 20 and 55 who is able to become pregnant
- You are willing to take part and have given your agreement in writing
- Your full personal and medical information is available
- You have been formally diagnosed with one of the following conditions: neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD), multiple sclerosis (MS), autoimmune encephalitis, myasthenia gravis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, or MOG antibody-associated disease (MOGAD)
For the healthy control group (up to 50 participants):
- You are a woman of a similar age to the patient group, are able to become pregnant, and are planning a pregnancy
- You are willing to take part and have given your agreement in writing
- Your full personal information is available
Who may not be able to join:
For the patient group:
- Your diagnosis has not been fully confirmed or is still uncertain
- Your personal or medical information is incomplete and cannot be collected through follow-up visits
- You have chosen to withdraw from the study and taken back your consent
For the healthy control group:
- You have been diagnosed with any condition related to the immune system affecting the nervous system (confirm with trial site)
- Your personal information is incomplete and cannot be collected through follow-up visits
- You have chosen to withdraw from the study and taken back your consent
