Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged between 18 and 80 years old
• People who have a confirmed diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS)
• People who are able to look at a computer screen and follow instructions in English, assessed by a short memory and thinking test where a score above 24 out of 30 is required
• People who are right-handed, as measured by a standard handedness questionnaire
• People who report having normal vision, or vision that is corrected to normal (for example, with glasses or contact lenses)

Who may not be able to join:

• People with a psychiatric condition that requires medication, as those medications may affect brain activity results
• People with a neurological condition other than MS that could affect thinking, balance, or physical health — such as a brain injury or stroke
• People with a bone, joint, or muscle and nerve disorder that may affect balance or the ability to move around
• People who are currently taking part in another thinking (cognitive) or physical training program during the study period
• People who have had a relapse (new or returning MS symptoms) or have received steroid treatment in the 30 days before joining the trial
