• People who have other serious health conditions that may make it difficult to do physical exercise, such as heart failure, severe lung disease, joint or bone problems, or certain neurological conditions like nerve problems, partial paralysis, amputation, or active rheumatoid arthritis — as assessed by the trial investigator
• People who are already doing structured vigorous aerobic exercise or strength training two or more times per week at a level similar to what the trial involves
