  • People who are unable to complete the full study, for example due to extended unavailability or a planned move away from the region.
  • People who are unable or unwilling to provide written informed consent.
  • People who face major practical barriers to reaching the intervention site that cannot be reasonably resolved.
  • People who have already been participating in a structured adapted physical activity program within the three months before joining the trial.
