Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between 18 and 65 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with episodic high-frequency migraine, based on recognised international diagnostic guidelines
- People whose migraine diagnosis has been confirmed by a neurologist
- People who have had migraines for at least one year

- People who do not have a sufficient understanding of the Spanish language
