Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been formally diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) based on standard psychiatric guidelines (DSM-5).
- People aged 12 to 65 years.
- People who have completed at least primary school education and are able to understand what the study involves and complete the required tasks.

- People who have practised mindfulness in the past month.
- People who are unable to understand or follow the study procedures.
