Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who have PTSD symptoms with a score between 30 and 60 on a standard PTSD checklist (called the PCL-5)
- People who speak Hebrew
- People who are able to give their informed agreement to take part in the study
- People who are willing and able to attend the assigned talking therapy sessions and fill in questionnaires at four points: at the start, after 6 sessions, after 12 sessions, and at a 3-month follow-up
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are pregnant at the time of enrolling in the trial
- People who are currently receiving any type of talking therapy that started less than 3 months before enrolling
- People who started taking psychiatric medication less than 3 months before enrolling
