For people with a neurological condition:
- People who have been diagnosed with a central nervous system condition, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, migraine, or a similar headache disorder
- People who are older than 18 years of age
- People who have signed a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
- People who are willing and able to attend all required study visits and complete all study procedures

- People who are older than 18 years of age

Who may not be able to join:
For people with a neurological condition:
- People who decline to participate or who withdraw their consent to take part
- People who have a known or confirmed eye condition, identified either before or during examination (the trial team may request an eye check at their discretion)
- People who are unable to understand instructions given by the research team
- People who have any other condition that, in the opinion of the investigators, makes participation unsuitable
- People who have epilepsy or a history of epileptic seizures, specifically for parts of the study that involve certain bright visible light imaging methods (confirm with trial site)
For healthy volunteers:
- People who decline to participate or who withdraw their consent to take part
- People who have a known or confirmed eye condition identified during examination
- People who are unable to understand instructions given by the research team
- People who have any other condition that, in the opinion of the investigators, makes participation unsuitable
