Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer through a biopsy, where the laboratory confirmed it is a specific type called adenocarcinoma.

- People whose biopsies included at least 10 tissue samples.
- People who have agreed to participate and given consent as required by the relevant ethics review process.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are unwilling or unable to have repeated prostate biopsies during the study.
- People who have a history of other cancers, with some exceptions: people who have had certain skin cancers (non-melanoma) or a very early-stage bladder cancer that were adequately treated, or other solid tumours that were fully treated with no sign of cancer returning for more than 5 years, may still be considered eligible (confirm with trial site).
