Who might be able to join this trial:

• Men between 55 and 65 years old who have been diagnosed with low or intermediate risk prostate cancer, where fewer than half of the tissue samples taken from either side of the prostate tested positive for cancer
• Men older than 65 years old who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer, where fewer than half of the tissue samples taken from either side of the prostate tested positive for cancer
• People whose cancer has not spread beyond the outer layer of the prostate gland
• People whose cancer has not spread to the seminal vesicles (small glands connected to the prostate)
• People whose cancer has not spread to nearby lymph nodes or other parts of the body
• People who have had a specialised prostate MRI scan, either before their biopsy or at least 10 weeks after their biopsy
• People who are being treated with cryotherapy (a freezing treatment) for their prostate cancer
• People whose treatment plan uses a combination of MRI scan images and ultrasound images together to guide treatment

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have previously had surgery to treat their prostate cancer
• People who have any level of physical limitation in their daily activities, based on a standard medical assessment scale (confirm with trial site)
• People who have an impairment affecting their mental or cognitive function
