Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are over 18 years old
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer confirmed through a tissue sample (biopsy)
- People whose cancer has a Gleason Score (a measure of how aggressive the cancer looks under a microscope) of 6 or lower (specifically scored as 3+3)
- People whose cancer is at an early stage, classified as cT1 to cT2a, with no spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose cancer is at stage T2b or higher
- People who have known cancer spread to lymph nodes or other organs
- People for whom general anaesthesia (being fully put to sleep) or epidural anaesthesia (numbing from the waist down) is not medically safe
- People who have a blood clotting disorder
