Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been confirmed through a tissue sample (biopsy) to have a type of cancer called adenocarcinoma (or a related condition) in the esophagus, colon/rectum, or pancreas, and you are scheduled to have surgery or a procedure to remove the tumor.
- You are at any stage of cancer — early or advanced stages are both included.
- You may have already received chemotherapy or radiation therapy before surgery.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You are willing and able to follow the study's instructions and procedures.
- You have signed a consent form agreeing to take part.

Who may not be able to join:

- You have an irregular heart rhythm of a specific type detected on a heart tracing test (confirm with trial site).
- You are still experiencing side effects from a medication or medical test given more than 4 weeks ago.
- You have uncontrolled high blood pressure that remains very elevated even with medication.
- You have had an allergic reaction to products containing polyethylene glycol (PEG), a substance found in some medicines and products.
- You have had an allergic reaction to contrast dyes used in scans or X-rays.
- You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
- You are sexually active but unwilling or unable to use an acceptable form of contraception during the study.
- You are HIV-positive and taking combination anti-HIV medications.
- The trial doctor believes that joining the study would not be in your best interest for any reason.
