Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have previously been diagnosed with a specific type of hole in the heart, either between the upper chambers (called a secundum atrial septal defect) or between the lower chambers (called a ventricular septal defect), whether or not it has been repaired

- People who have a history of a blood clot in the lungs (pulmonary embolism)
