"Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have at least one close family member (parent, sibling, or child) who has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer
- You carry a change (mutation) in one of these genes — BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2, or ATM — AND have at least one family member with pancreatic cancer
- You carry a mutation in the p16 or CDKN2A gene (a condition sometimes called Familial Atypical Multiple Mole Melanoma, or FAMMM) AND have at least one family member with pancreatic cancer
- You are a known carrier of a change in the STK11 gene, which is linked to a condition called Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome

- You are a known carrier of a gene mutation linked to hereditary pancreatitis (an inherited condition causing repeated pancreas inflammation)
- You have been told you have one or more fluid-filled sacs (cysts) on your pancreas of a specific type (called IPMNs) that are 1 centimetre or larger in size

- You do not speak English or Spanish
- You do not wish to participate
- You are under 18 years of age
