Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been newly diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), confirmed by a tissue biopsy.
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose lymphoma has spread to areas of the body other than the brain, the lining of the brain (meninges), the fluid around the brain and spine (CSF), or the eyes.
- People under 18 years old or over 75 years old.
- People whose bone marrow is not producing enough blood cells — specifically, those with low levels of white blood cells, platelets, or red blood cells (confirm with trial site for exact values).
- People known to have a condition that weakens the immune system, such as HIV type I infection.
- People who have had any previous cancer diagnosis.

- People with an infection that is not currently under control.
