Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must be able to read, understand, and sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study.
• You must be male or female and over 18 years old.
• You must have been diagnosed with a condition called EGPA (a type of blood vessel inflammation linked to asthma) for at least 6 months, confirmed by asthma, high levels of certain white blood cells (eosinophils), and at least two other specific features of the disease (confirm with trial site).
• If you recently received a chemotherapy drug called cyclophosphamide, a minimum waiting period is required before joining — either 2 weeks (daily oral type) or 3 weeks (IV type), and your blood count must meet a certain level (confirm with trial site).
• If you are taking methotrexate, azathioprine, or mycophenolate mofetil, your dose must have been stable for at least 4 weeks before your first study visit.
• You must be taking a steroid tablet (prednisolone or prednisone) at a steady dose of at least 5 mg per day for at least 4 weeks before your first study visit.
• If you are on any other immune-suppressing medication, the dose must have been stable for at least 4 weeks before your first study visit.
• If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must agree to use a reliable form of birth control throughout the entire trial.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a condition called Hypereosinophilic Syndrome.
• You have a condition called Wegener's Granulomatosis.
• You have or have had cancer.
• You have a parasitic infection.
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
• If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use contraception with less than 1% failure rate during the study and for four months after it ends.
• You have any other serious medical condition that would make it unsafe for you to take part (confirm with trial site).
• You are currently receiving, or have received in the last three months, reslizumab or similar biologic medicines that target the immune system (such as mepolizumab or lebrikizumab).
• You are currently taking cyclophosphamide.
• You have a known allergy or sensitivity to reslizumab or any of its ingredients.
