Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of lymphoma (a blood cancer) called Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), confirmed by a tissue sample test.
- People whose treating doctor considers them suitable for radiation therapy after completing a chemotherapy regimen called R-CHOP.

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are HIV positive.
- People whose lymphoma came back or got worse during chemotherapy treatment.
- People who have previously received any chemotherapy treatment.
- People who have previously received any radiotherapy treatment.
- People whose lymphoma has spread to the brain or spinal cord (central nervous system).
- People with lymphoma that started in the testicles.
- People with lymphoma that started in the brain or spinal cord.
- People with lymphoma that started in the stomach.
- People with lymphoma that started in the intestines.
- People whose lymphoma has spread to more than 3 sites outside the lymph nodes.
