Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer confirmed by a tissue test (biopsy or lab analysis).
- People at any stage of prostate cancer, including those whose cancer has spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body — in fact, patients with spread (metastatic) disease are especially encouraged to take part.
- People with any Gleason score (a measure of how aggressive the cancer appears under a microscope).

- People who are planned to receive radiation therapy or to have surgery to remove the prostate.
- People who are well enough to carry out daily activities with at most some limitations due to illness (a fitness level described medically as Zubrod status 2 or lower — confirm with trial site if unsure).
- People who are willing and able to read and sign a written consent form.
- People who have not had any previous radiation treatment to the pelvis area.
- Hormone therapy (called androgen deprivation therapy, or ADT) may or may not be part of treatment — the treating doctor decides this before enrolment, and it can be none, short-term (up to 7 months), long-term (7 to 36 months), or extended (more than 36 months).
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously had radiation treatment to the pelvic area.
- People whose PSA blood test result is above 100 ng/mL (unless it dropped below 100 after antibiotic treatment).
- People under the age of 30 at the time of signing the consent form.
- People who are not planned to receive either radiation therapy or prostate removal surgery.
- People who are too unwell to carry out basic daily activities (above the fitness threshold described as Zubrod status 2 — confirm with trial site).
