Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are trying to become pregnant
- People who have been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) based on specific medical criteria, including having a high number of follicles in the ovaries, irregular menstrual cycles, and/or high levels of male hormones (at least two of these three signs must be present)
- People who have never been treated with a medication called clomiphene citrate (CC), or whose previous clomiphene citrate treatment ended more than 3 months ago

- People who have had a bad reaction or intolerance to clomiphene citrate during a previous treatment
- People with a Body Mass Index (BMI) above 35
- People whose irregular or absent ovulation is caused by another condition that requires its own specific treatment, such as high prolactin levels or a hormone imbalance related to the brain (confirm with trial site)
- People who are already pregnant at the time the trial medication would begin
- People where another medical reason — in either the female or male partner — is contributing to difficulty conceiving
- People who have previously had a surgical procedure on the ovaries called ovarian drilling
- People whose blood test shows they are not protected against rubella (German measles)
